House Rules
*** No Smoking of Any Kind on property
*** We are DOG friendly, no cats. Must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick treatments. Max 2 dogs. 50 lb. max. $75 per Dog. Can not be on our insurance company's "dangerous dogs" list. You will need to bring a crate, and dogs must be kept in the crate in the Sunroom or Kitchen, when left without a human. Dog waste must be picked up daily, and placed in the garbage in tied bags.
*** Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Central Time or later. Entry Code will be sent to you shortly before check in.
*** Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Central Time or earlier. Late check outs are subject to additional fees.
*** No guest shall bring extra guest without editing your reservation through Air BNB, and receiving approval. For example: If reservation is for 4, only 4 people are allowed unless PRIOR approval is given. Fees and supplies are based on agreed upon initial reservations. Extra guests will be charged $25 per night per guest, if not approved in advance of your arrival. More than the house limit of 6 will subject your entire reservation to cancellation with no refund.
* You must be 21 to rent.
* Do not park or drive on the yard.
* Please respect neighbors privacy and avoid noise after 10:00 p.m.
* We have the house professionally sprayed for bugs every 6 weeks but this is Florida, and bugs happen. If you leave the doors or windows open bugs, insects and/or wildlife may enter the house. No refunds will be given for any of the above seen inside or outside.
* For your security, there is one security camera/recording device facing the driveway.
*We are eco-friendly and the house is climate controlled with the Max heat setting of 74 and the Low Cool setting of 72.
* ONLY when the National Weather Service (NOAA) for the state of Florida declares your destination to be under a Hurricane WARNING, will a change in the cancellation policy be merited. Until such warning is issued, standard cancellation and change policies apply. If during your stay your destination becomes a threat, we reserve the right to issue a mandatory evacuation even prior to evacuations issued by our city or county officials. We hope we never have to do this!
*We highly encourage guest purchase Travel Insurance, as we follow our refund policies as stated.
* You may NOT receive mail at this property. There is a post office and a UPS Store within 2 miles of the house and boxes can be rented there.
