Damage Insurance is required and automatically added to your reservation at $5 per day.  If you prefer not to purchase the insurance, please let us know in advance (before booking), and we can accept a $1000 refundable damage deposit through Zelle,Venmo, or ApplePay at least 1 week prior to your arrival.  The deposit is returned to you, via the same method, once the house is cleaned and typically the same day as your departure. 

Infants are welcome but we have do not provide any amenities for them. 

Codes for Self Check In will be sent to you shortly before check-in time as long as your deposit has been received (if required).  

We are close by if you need anything, but generally will stay out of your way.  We do come by on Mondays to take the garbage to the street, and bring the cans back to the house on Tuesdays.  We also have the yard maintenance done once a week. We attempt to notify you ahead of time, and they do not start equipment before 9:00 a.m.

We prefer no more than 4 adult occupants, with up to 6 people total.  There are sleeping arrangements for 6.  We ask that you do not sleep on the couch.

Small children are welcome but we do not provide any equipment, and we ask that you move anything within their reach and put back when you check out. 

We accept dogs only, no cats due to allergies.  Dogs must be crated in the sunroom  when not accompanied by a human.  When requesting booking we need to know dog's weight, age, and breed.  You are expected to pick up your dog's waste immediately.
